Velmourne is a UK-based brand offering veterinary, equine dental and farriery instruments to practices, clinics, professionals and trade buyers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Every instrument carrying the Velmourne name is supplied through our trusted supplier.

To make a purchase or access certain features, you may be asked to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. Product Information

We take care to make sure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free from error, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices and availability may change without notice.

5. Professional Use

Our instruments are intended for use by veterinary, equine dental and farriery professionals and other suitably trained persons. It is your responsibility to make sure an instrument is appropriate for your intended use, and to clean and sterilise it in line with your own practice protocols before use.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the payment details you provide are valid. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, an error in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless we state otherwise.

7. Pricing Errors

If we discover a pricing or listing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding. You will then be able to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

8. Shipping, Delivery, VAT and Import Duties

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, VAT, import duties, customs fees and any other local taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
